Privacy policy

Supermatter is a business portal operated by ERVI TECH SOLUTIONS LLC. A company that uses Supermatter connects its own accounts to it, and we handle the data in those accounts on that company's behalf.

• Gmail messages, read-only. We read the messages in the mailboxes you connect so that conversations become part of the right contact and company records.
• Google Drive files, read-only, and only in the folders you choose. We read the contents of those files so they can be found and answered from inside your portal.
• Google Calendar, read-only. We read events so that meetings appear on the record of the people who were in them.
• Microsoft 365 equivalents, read-only: Outlook mail, OneDrive and SharePoint files in the folders you choose, and Outlook Calendar.

• Building your company's own records and answers inside your portal: contact and company records, conversation history, commitments made and received, and answers to the questions your team asks.
• Never for advertising. Never sold or shared for anyone else's purposes. Never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

Supermatter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Stored in the EU, AI processing on your own Anthropic account under GDPR safeguards.
• Each company's data lives in its own separate database, not in a shared pool.
• Access tokens for connected accounts and API keys are encrypted before they are stored.

• Exclusions before reading. Before anything is read you choose the folders, senders and domains that are never touched. Excluded content is never read and never stored.
• Export everything. A complete archive of your records, messages, files and settings, on request.
• Delete everything. Permanent deletion of everything in your workspace, guaranteed in writing.
• Disconnect at any time. Reading stops immediately.
